| Murata Malaysia's Safety, Health and Environment Commitee in collaboration with Ipoh General Hospital Blood Bank organized a blood donation activity on 23 November 2010. The event was held to raise the awareness of the importance of voluntary non-remunerated blood donation and encourage more employees to donate blood regulary. |

| In February 2011 Murata Malaysia
has organized Murata Boy & Girl demonstration at the selected secondary
school, university and shopping complex with our theme “Murata Boy And
Girl, New Era of Technology Development”.
Our aims to inspire especially student and children to learn more about science and technology. | Murata Malaysia has conducted career
talk events to two reputable local universities' engineering campuses.
The main purposes are to promote and share good value information to them.
Additionally Murata may also be able to provide career opportunities to
students and nurture fine quality engineers to support the company's future
expansion plans.
We have participated in the career fair which was organized by the Engineering Campus of University Science Malaysia (USM) at Nibong Tebal, Penang from 25th January 2011 until 26th January 2011. Another career talk event was conducted in University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kampar Perak on the 14th February 2011, together with the Murata Boy and Girl road show. |
